The Motherload: Maternal Mental Health Support
SECOND TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH | 8:00 - 9:00 PM
Online
The Motherload is a free monthly peer support group for mothers navigating the emotional realities of motherhood. It’s a judgment-free space to connect, laugh, cry, vent, and remind one another that we’re not alone.
Together, we’ll talk honestly about the good, the difficult, and the unexpected parts of motherhood, with conversations that may include maternal mental health, self-care, perinatal experiences, and whatever else you need to talk about that day.
Grab a cup of tea, get comfortable, and come exactly as you are—sleep-deprived, overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of connection. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out.
The group is lovingly facilitated by Hadley Standring, LCSW, who participates as a peer mentor and draws from both her professional experience and personal experience with perinatal mental health.
Meetings take place virtually via Google Meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 8–9 p.m.
