The New Parents Support Group is a free, welcoming space for parents and their babies to connect, share experiences, and support one another through the early stages of parenthood.

Meet other new parents, make friends for yourself and your baby, and enjoy a supportive community where you can come as you are. Whether this is your first baby or not, all parents are welcome.

Facilitated by knowledgeable professionals from Behold Birth, AthensBorn Birth Services, and Athens Parent Wellbeing, the group offers support and conversation around breastfeeding, postpartum experiences, newborn care, and the many transitions that come with becoming a parent.
