Whether you’re a new dad adjusting to sleepless nights, a seasoned dad with grown children, hoping to become a dad someday, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here. The group provides an opportunity to build community, talk openly, and find support without judgment.

Led by experienced mental health professionals and fellow dads, each monthly gathering takes place at different locations around Athens and offers a relaxed way to connect with other fathers.
